Living Green Technology offers new and refurbished products that will include a power supply or power cord unless otherwise noted. New products come with original box and will either be notated as “open box” or “new sealed”. Refurbished products are tested and cleaned to look as new as possible. Refurbished products may show signs of use. Our cosmetic grading scale is as follows: "A": Like new, minimal signs of use. "B": Signs of use such as small scratches on the outer casing. No scratches or dead pixels on the LCD. Casing shows no major deep scratches or cracks. "C": Heavy signs of use. Dents or cracks on the casing. Please see notes for detailed cosmetic issues. RETURNS: We offer a 30-day warranty on all products that arrive damaged or defective. If you would like to request a replacement or submit a return request, please contact us directly and we will help you through this process. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free to the buyer. For products that are ordered by mistake or no longer wanted, the buyer will need to purchase return shipping. SHIPPING: All orders are sanitized and carefully packaged prior to shipping. Free shipping is offered on all of our products. We ship all orders placed before 2pm PT the same business day of purchase, Monday through Friday via UPS Ground and USPS first class and priority mail. All orders come with a tracking number.
