Refurbished products may show signs of use. Our cosmetic grading scale is a follows: “A”: Like new, minimal signs of use. “B”: Signs of use such as small scratches on the outer casing. No scratches or dead pixels on the LCD. Casing shows no major deep scratches or cracks. “C”: Heavy signs of use. Dents or cracks on the casing. Please see notes for detailed cosmetic issues.
